Moon Sequence
Chandra Krama (Moon Sequence) by Matthew Sweeney — builds flexibility and balance, releases the body, and strengthens focus and grounding. A sequence that guides you beautifully toward meditation.
A Yin & Vinyasa practice that builds flexibility and balance in the body, helps release and ground it, and makes it easier for every student to move into meditation.

ShoulderMoon
ShoulderMoon — Shoulder Stability. Builds strength through the core, shoulders, abdomen and upper back with dynamic movement.
Builds shoulder strength, stability and mobility, and core/abdominal strength, paired with slow, deep breathing and dynamic movement — strengthening the body as a whole.

NewMoon
Yoga Prop — a Yin Yoga practice built around the use of props, releasing muscle tension throughout the body. It eases stress and fatigue, brings the body and mind into balance, and helps the body relax while building excellent focus.

LionCub
Therapeutic Yoga is another sequence every student should practice — it helps realign the body, and correct alignment reduces injury while gradually building strength and flexibility. Importantly, this sequence was designed by Kru Matthew to balance the right and left sides of the body, using slow, unhurried breath to build strength and balance holistically. (Highly recommend)

Self-Practice
Self-Practice — learning to slow down with yourself. This is practising on your own, but not indulging every whim: a teacher supports you throughout the class, step by step.
Notice three things in yourself — what you like, what you dislike, and what leaves you indifferent. Here, self-practice is training the mind: what you like may not serve the body, while what you dislike or feel neutral about may bring great benefit. So a teacher to support both body and mind is essential while the body keeps developing safely.
A highly recommended class, taught from the heart by an instructor with more than 20 years of practice — helping you truly understand how the body works.

Vinyasa Unlock 2
Vinyasa Unlock 2 — Stability & Flexibility, Focus: Backbend. Movement, held postures and breath-led transitions in and out of poses build both flexibility and strength, step by step.

Vinyasa Unlock 3
Vinyasa Unlock 3 — Stability & Strength, Focus: Arm Balance. A strength-oriented practice with exercises that build core and shoulder strength, using the breath to lead movement and prop options to prevent injury.

MPS
MPS (Modified Primary Series) — a preparatory practice that builds flexibility and strength, with added asanas and mobility exercises for the hip joints. It improves hip strength and mobility and helps prevent injury before moving into the full postures of the Primary Series.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Primary Series (Led Class) — a continuous, flowing practice (Vinyasa) that synchronises breath with movement in a set, rhythmic order. The fixed sequence, memorised and repeated over time, builds strength, flexibility and concentration.
